We look at the sock. Not your feet, not how you walk.

Holetell reads where and how a sock has failed. It has nothing to say about your feet, your nails, your arches or the way you walk, and it will not guess. Anything along those lines belongs with a podiatrist.

What we can help with

  • H-01A reading looks wrongSend the reading reference and say what you found when you checked the shoe. Readings that turn out to be wrong are how the reference table gets better, and we would rather know.
  • H-02The photographs will not uploadTell us the browser and roughly how large the files are. Anything over 20MB per image is worth resizing first; anything smaller should just work.
  • H-03Billing, cancelling, or a refundCancelling is one press on the billing page and does not need us. For anything else about money, write and we will sort it — including refunding an unused period where that is the right outcome.
  • H-04Delete my dataEvery reading has a delete control, and the billing page has a delete-everything control. If you would rather we did it, ask and we will, and confirm when it is done.
  • H-05Something here does not work with my assistive technologyWrite with "Accessibility" in the subject line. If you need a reading and cannot use the interface, describe the sock in an email and we will do it and write back. No charge.

What we will not do, however nicely you ask

  • Anything about your feet, your nails, your skin or how you walk. That belongs with a podiatrist and we will say so rather than guess.
  • An opinion about a brand, or a statement that a product is of poor quality. We do not have one and would not give it.
  • A written statement to support a return, a complaint or a quality claim. A reading is not evidence of a defect and using it as one would misrepresent it.
  • A recommendation of which socks or which shoes to buy.
